Theia3D Apollo is Available for All Customers!

Summary

The new, highly-anticipated Theia3D release we've been discussing here these past few months is now available for all Theia customers, and to commemorate this exciting release we're giving it a name; Theia3D Apollo! In this blog post, we’ll cover some of the new and exciting changes that come with Theia3D Apollo and provide the relevant links to previous blog posts.

To download the new update, head over to our customer support portal!

Part 1: Updated Validation - In this blog post, we provide an update on the validation of Theia3D Apollo against Theia2023 and our reference marker dataset.

Part 2: Model Definitions - Here we discuss the differences and changes that have been made to the Theia3D model which improve pelvis and hip tracking, and go further to improve hip joint center estimation.

Part 3: Model DOFs - Here we provide an in-depth investigation that compares kinematics produced with varying degrees of freedom in the lower limb joints. Takeaway: the robustness of our model and its keypoints leaves the kinematic results largely unchanged!

Part 4: New Features - In this post we outline some of the newest features introduced through the Theia3D Apollo software update.

Part 5: TMBatch New Features - Lastly, we discuss the latest features for TMBatch and how these features improves your workflow when managing Theia3D data.

We hope you're excited to try out the new features and experience all the improvements made in the Theia3D Apollo release. For the latest updates on Theia3D, follow us on X (Twitter), LinkedIn, or send us an email at info@theiamarkerless.ca. To book a demo, contact us here.
